- ➤ Calcasieu Parish Police Jury will host an E-Waste Recycle Day on Oct 25 from 8 a.m. to noon — letting residents drop off old electronics at two solid waste centers at 5500B Swift Plant Road in Lake Charles and 2915 Post Oak Road in Sulphur — and participants must show a Calcasieu ID to prove residency. 7 KPLC
