- ➤ Officials from the water industry are meeting at the Lake Charles Event Center to train and review new water system technology and recognize workers' achievements. - ➤ The DOE authorized an emergency exchange from the SPR with ExxonMobil to release up to one million barrels of crude oil to support the Baton Rouge refinery’s operations after offshore supply issues delayed Mars crude deliveries+ ExxonMobil will return the borrowed oil and additional barrels at no cost to taxpayers+.
