- ➤ Day 2 of the contested will trial saw attorney Anna Gray testify that she and her husband reviewed Robert Noland’s new will with him in a process completed in twenty minutes, which some say questions whether he had the mental capacity to change it. The disputed will removed the McNeese Foundation and added his estranged daughter Amanda, and the court is now examining evidence that his dementia may have affected his decision when he signed the documents on December 29, 2020 (ten months before his death). 7 KPLC
