About this event
EPIC Power is designed to challenge your body with circuit training incorporating dumbbells, weighted bars and more to build and sculpt your body. EPIC Power does include our treadmills (always will have a walking or running option) to strengthen your cardio endurance and burst of fat burning circuit! You can expect to be on the treadmills for half the class and the other class on the floor performing strength training moves!
