About this event

This is a fun exciting time for the kids. This class combines martial arts, fitness, and mental awareness. It focuses on discipline and character all the while improving balance, agility, and coordination. If your child struggles with self-confidence, focus, discipline, and or social situations this class is designed to improve these areas for our young warriors. This class is for students ages 8 - 11.
