Join Mary Vaughan, Certified Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner, for an evening of connection and intention-setting in a supportive and accepting environment. Together, we will honor both Self and Soul while gathering in community beneath the energy of the waxing moon.

Participants Can Expect:

• Floor seating (please bring a blanket and/or cushion). Chairs will be available for those who prefer them.

• An opening breath practice, centering meditation, and the collective opening of sacred space.

• A share circle utilizing the Kripalu method of clear and conscious communication, a practice that cultivates mindfulness, presence, and compassionate listening.

• Guided journaling prompts. Please bring a journal and pen as preparation for our symbolic indoor fire ceremony.

• The collective closing of sacred space.

This gathering offers an opportunity to work with the energy of the waxing moon to release what no longer serves, clarify intentions, and welcome new blessings, possibilities, and creations into your life. Through reflection, community, and ritual, we create space for meaningful transformation.

About Mary Vaughan:

Mary has been assisting others through shamanic energy medicine since 2006, following her training and initiation with Dr. Alberto Villoldo and The Four Winds Society. She is also a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, author, and creator of the Rose Phoenix Alchemical Perfume Oils, handcrafted with ritual and intention to support personal transformation.

Mary is the author of two novels and a workbook for writers, all of which are available for purchase at Creative Roots.

With nearly three decades of experience guiding groups through education, yoga, mindfulness, and personal growth practices, Mary creates spaces that are both welcoming and deeply transformative.
