This grounding experience is designed to calm the nervous system and support deep, restorative rest. This is a sound bath led by Matt Duplichan and Sherry Dartez, using soothing frequencies and vibrations to help guide the body into a state of relaxation and balance. Sound healing can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, enhance mental clarity, and support emotional release. No prior experience needed. Come as you are.
